Cherbourg to Poole
Brittany Ferries offers a daily crossing between Cherbourg and Poole in England. The trip on a conventional ferry takes 4 hours, 15 minutes, while travelling overnight takes 6 hours, 30 minutes.
There is a Fastcraft service available which takes 2 hours, 15 minutes. Poole has a stunning natural harbour which is the world's second largest after Sydney. The Ferry Terminal offers a variety of facilities including a bureau de change, a cafeteria, baby changing facilities, a snack bar and a convenience store.
Cherbourg to Portsmouth
Brittany Ferries also operates a daily crossing between Cherbourg and Portsmouth from March to October. The crossing takes 3 hours on high-speed ferries. The port of Portsmouth is equipped with good facilities for passengers such as a restaurant, bar, shopping area, baby changing room, bureau de change, cafeteria and efficient parking spaces. Portsmouth boasts the best road connections of any UK Channel ferry port, allowing access to Central London in just over an hour.
Cherbourg to Rosslare
Irish Ferries provides a crossing between Cherbourg to Rosslare in Ireland between March and December. There are three crossings per week with a crossing time of 17 hours. Rosslare Port is situated at the southeastern tip of Ireland and offers a variety of facilities including shops, a bureau de change, baby-changing facilities and a children's play area.
